EEARTH is a fully vertically integrated lithium producer on a mission to deliver battery-grade lithium carbonate from the high-grade at the lowest cost and fastest speed to market in the United States. We own the entire value chain from brine access to modular Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) spokes to patented MPVD technology to purification to final lithium carbonate, meaning:

    EEARTH is a new subsidiary of Menen Group, focused on enabling a secure domestic critical mineral supply chain through innovative extraction, concentration, purification, and water treatment technologies. Based in Arkansas, we are leveraging the world-class resources of the Smackover Formation to develop sustainable solutions for lithium, magnesium, strontium, and other minerals vital to America's energy transition, batteries, and advanced manufacturing. We are currently securing local warehouse and office space to support our growing operations in this exciting "lithium boom" region.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a curious, self-directed 3D Design & GIS Specialist who thrives on independence and loves turning complex ideas into practical, detailed realities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working autonomously while collaborating remotely with engineers, fabricators, and management. You'll play a key part in building standardized, containerized water and wastewater treatment systems and supporting strategic land/mineral acquisition efforts—all in a fast-evolving industry at the forefront of U.S. critical mineral independence.

    This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who is excited by new technologies (like AI tools and GIS datasets) and wants to grow with a startup-minded team in an emerging field.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and refine 3D models, fabrication drawings, and detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) for containerized water and wastewater treatment systems, working closely (remotely) with engineers and fabricators to create standardized, repeatable designs down to the nuts-and-bolts level.

    • Build and maintain GIS datasets and visualizations using publicly available sources (e.g., USGS, Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission) to identify and prioritize targets for land and mineral rights acquisition.

    • Explore and implement AI tools to automate documentation, streamline workflows, and enhance design/process efficiency.

    • Contribute ideas for process improvements, leveraging your creativity and technical curiosity.

    • Occasionally support field-related documentation or data integration as the team grows.

    Who We're Looking For

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Proficiency in Autodesk applications, especially 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Revit, or similar packages.

    • Basic familiarity with GIS mapping tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) or a strong desire and aptitude to learn quickly.

    • Interest in or early experience with AI tools (e.g., for documentation, automation, or data analysis).

    Preferred:

    • Experience in mechanical design, fabrication drawings, or BOM development (any industry).

    • Background or interest in water treatment, environmental engineering, or resource mapping.

    • Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).

We are currently securing local warehouse and laboratory space to support hands-on operations in this rapidly growing sector.

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a hands-on, inquisitive Field & Laboratory Analyst who is passionate about science and excited to build something from the ground up. This role starts with field sampling and laboratory analysis of brines but is designed to evolve into a full Laboratory Manager position as we scale—leading technicians, refining laboratory testing plans and workflows, overseeing instrument operations and maintenance, expanding testing capabilities, and supporting multiple Menen Group business lines. This is perfect for a self-starter with a scientific mindset who enjoys independent work, problem-solving in the field and lab, and taking ownership of quality and accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collect brine samples from various regional locations, including duplicates and replicates for robust datasets.

    • Perform laboratory analyses (e.g., water quality parameters, ion concentrations) using standard wet chemistry and instrumentation methods.

    • Maintain laboratory equipment, manage inventory of reagents and calibration standards, and ensure proper chain-of-custody documentation.

    • Build and organize datasets to support engineering, design, and business decisions.

    • Provide input on laboratory build-out and setup (equipment selection, layout, procedures).

    • Adhere to professional laboratory standards and contribute to SOP development.

    • Long-term: Grow into managing the laboratory, supervising technicians, and expanding testing services (e.g., water/wastewater quality for other projects).

    Who We're Looking For

    The Person:

    • A reliable, independent self-starter who takes pride in accurate, high-quality work and doesn't need constant oversight. You're curious about chemistry and field sampling, enjoy both outdoor and lab environments, and are excited to help establish a professional laboratory from the early stages. You have a strong sense of responsibility—especially around data integrity and safety—and you're motivated by the bigger picture: contributing to domestic critical mineral supply and sustainable resource development.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Degree in chemistry, environmental science, biology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • General knowledge of laboratory operations: sample collection, wet chemistry analysis, instrument maintenance, inventory management, and chain-of-custody procedures—or a strong desire and proven ability to learn quickly.

    • Comfort working independently with remote guidance and training from experienced team members.

    Preferred:

    • Hands-on experience with field sampling and/or water quality analysis (e.g., IC/ICP analysis, acid/base titrations, pH, conductivity).

    • Familiarity with brine, oilfield water chemistry, or other saline water sources.

    • Interest in growing into a leadership role (supervising technicians, managing lab expansion).
